My dad and I had an outstanding time on our fishing charter! From the moment we left the dock until we headed back in, everything exceeded our expectations. We caught plenty of fish and had an absolute blast. Captain Doug was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and it was obvious he knew exactly where to put us on the fish. His experience really showed throughout the trip. His second mate, Glen, was equally impressive, making sure everyone was comfortable, well taken care of, and always ready to help. They worked together seamlessly to ensure everyone on board was having a great time. If you’re looking for a fun, successful day on the water with a professional and hardworking crew, I can’t recommend this charter enough. Thanks again for a memorable day—I know my dad and I will be talking about this trip for a long time!

Great afternoon fishing trip with Doug and the crew. Started off a bit slow at first fishing spot but Doug adjusted and took us to the sweet spot which landed us nice haul of Walleye. Perfect trip for my son and nephew to catch their first big fish...much appreciated for Doug and his crew for a great experience.

Awesome day fishing with Windrift Charter! Captain Douglas got us on the fish and First Mate Ken kept the lines out and the action moving. Great time for all of us. Douglas and Ken were great to have conversations with and everything went very smoothly on the trip. Highly recommend fishing with Windrift Charters.

The captain and deck hand did an excellent job even when the weather wanted to make it had had a great time and brought home over 20 walleye highly recommend them they know what there doing give them a call

Trip - 7 Hour Private Saginaw Bay Inshore Fishing Charter on July 28, 2025

Both the captain and the 1st mate were so accommodating and helped all of us have a great experience on a hot day when the fish were not biting. They worked their tails off to find the right spot and the right bait. We all were able to catch at least 4 fish each and even the ones we did not keep were so fun to catch. We ended up catching 18 good sized Walleye and the best part is they cleaned and bagged them for us.These are very experienced fishermen and they are so kind and patient. I will very easily book this again when I'm in the area. I highly recommend!!

This is my fourth time on a walleye Charter trip and I will be going nowhere else but wind drift Charters from now on we limited out and 3 hours nice smooth ride in and out thanks again guys great time
